At Shift and Shine, we want you to love what you ordered. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for items in:

    • Another color

    • A different size

    • An entirely new style


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

In the unlikely event that any merchandise ordered from us:

  • Is not received in good condition

  • Is damaged or defective

  • Is different from what was originally ordered

You may request a return or exchange provided that:

  • The item is unused and unwashed

  • The item is in the same condition as received

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Original tags are intact


Return Timeline

  • Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Refund / Exchange Approval

  • Once the returned product is received, our customer care team will inspect the item.

  • Based on their evaluation and approval, a refund or exchange will be processed.

  • The decision of the customer care team will be final in such cases.
