Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items in:
Another color
A different size
An entirely new style
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
In the unlikely event that any merchandise ordered from us:
Is not received in good condition
Is damaged or defective
Is different from what was originally ordered
You may request a return or exchange provided that:
The item is unused and unwashed
The item is in the same condition as received
The item is returned in its original packaging
Original tags are intact
Return Timeline
Requests for return or exchange must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund / Exchange Approval
Once the returned product is received, our customer care team will inspect the item.
Based on their evaluation and approval, a refund or exchange will be processed.
The decision of the customer care team will be final in such cases.
